Gansu province is the important national new energy base. At present wind power and photo⁃voltaic power rank the third and the first respectively in the country. At the same time of rapid develop⁃ment, new energy consumption bottleneck problems are also highlights, abandoned wind and lights are serious. Gansu province takes measures to expand new energy consumption market, but new energy consump⁃tion problems are faced with the grim situations in Gansu province be⁃cause of the economy continued downward pressure, provincial electrici⁃ty market oversupply, grid channel impeded, competition factors of cross⁃regional transmission to be delivered to the outside. It is advised to im⁃prove power new energy proportion from outside , electricity sale compa⁃ny full participation in the market, integration of northwest provinces new energy and and channel resources to expand new energy consump⁃tion range.%甘肃是国家重要的新能源基地，目前风电和光伏装机分别位居全国第三和第一位，在快速发展的同时也凸显出新能源消纳的瓶颈问题，弃风弃电严重。甘肃省采取多项措施扩大新能源消纳市场，但受经济下行压力持续存在，省内用电市场供大于求、电网外送通道不畅、跨省送电竞争日趋激烈等因素制约，甘肃新能源消纳面临的形势严峻。建议从提高外送电量新能源占比、售电公司全面参与市场、跨省调峰、整合西北新能源和外送通道资源等方面扩大新能源消纳范围。
