基于混合无功补偿的海上石油平台群电网AVC策略

         

摘要

海上石油平台群电网是海上油气生产的重要保障系统,受系统容量限制和平台负荷波动影响,电压稳定问题亟待解决.针对此问题,提出了一种STATCOM和电容器混合无功补偿的自动电压控制(AVC)策略,包括电压的快速调节模式和电压长期优化控制.选取某实际平台群电网为对象,搭建PSCAD/EMTDC模型,进行仿真验证.仿真结果表明,本文方法既能抑制暂态电压快速波动,保持电压稳定,又能在稳态时最大程度释放STATCOM的动态无功,保持其快速无功补偿的能力,实现快速、经济的海上平台群电网自动电压控制.%Offshore oilfield group grid is an important guarantee system for offshore oil and gas production and the issue of voltage stability due to system capacity limitation and platform load fluctuation needs to be solved. As to this problem,a kind of automatic voltage control (AVC) based on hybrid reactive power compensation of STATCOM and capacitor is proposed,including the fast regulation mode and the long term optimization control of voltage. In this paper,certain actual platform group power grid is taken as the object to set up PSCAD/EMTDC model for simulation verification. It is shown by the simulation result that the method in this paper can suppress fast fluctuation of transient voltage,keep voltage stability and release as much as possible dynamic reactive power of STATCOM at the steady condition,keep its ability in fast reactive power compensation and achieve fast and economical automatic voltage control of offshore platform group power grid.
