考虑电压概率分布与波动的中压配网电压特性评估研究

     

摘要

In view of the current situation that voltage qualification rate is the only voltage quality assess-ment index of medium voltage distribution network,this paper proposes a voltage characteristics evaluation method of medium voltage distribution network considering voltage distribution characteristics and time do-main fluctuation characteristics. First,voltage curve deviation index and voltage curve fluctuation index are designed based on probability statistic method.Then,voltage characteristics evaluation model is de-signed based on TOPSIS,which adopts the combination weighting method of order relations method and en-tropy value method to determine the combined weight of each index.Finally,the effectiveness of the pro-posed method is verified by a case study.%针对目前中压配网仅以电压合格率作为电压质量评价考核指标而导致有失客观性的问题,本文提出一种考虑电压概率分布特性与时域波动特性的中压配网电压特性评估方法.首先,应用概率统计方法设计衡量电压概率分布特性的电压曲线偏差指标,以及反映电压时域波动特性的电压曲线波指标;其次,设计基于理想解法的中压配网电压特性评估模型,该模型采用序关系法和熵权法相结合的组合赋权法来确定各评估指标权重,可实现兼顾传统的电压合格率、电压概率分布特性和时域波动特性的电压特性综合评估.实例表明,该评估方法实用有效,适用于指导中压配网电压特性评估和筛选工作.
