摘要

Currently, voltage qualification rate is the only voltage quality assessment index of medium voltage distribution network, lacking objectivity and accuracy. Thus, this paper proposes an evaluation method of voltage characteristics for medium voltage distribution network considering probability distribution and fluctuation. First, voltage curve deviation index and voltage curve fluctuation index are designed, based on probability statistic method. Then, voltage characteristics evaluation model of medium voltage distribution network is designed based on TOPSIS, which adopts order relation-entropy weight method to determine weights of indexes. Finally, a case study shows that the proposed method can realize the comprehensive evaluation of voltage qualification rate, voltage probability distribution characteristics and time domain fluctuation characteristics, which provides reference for the power supply enterprises to screen and reform medium-voltage feeder lines.
