桥吊小车减速箱轴断裂原因分析及改进

摘要

The trolley decelerator is an important part of traction mechanism of bridge container crane. It is significant for raising working effect and safety of bridge container crane to ensure normal running of decelerator. The fracture of gear axle is analyzed macroscopically, the breaking reasons of it are analyzed in light of limit element and material mechanics. The reasonable treating plan and improving measures are put forward.%小车减速箱是桥吊牵引机构的重要组成部份，保证减速箱在工作中的正常运行，对提高桥吊的工作效率和安全性能有着重要意义。对齿轮轴断口进行宏观分析，结合有限元和材料力学等方面，深入地分析减速箱齿轮轴断裂原因，同时提出合理化的处理方案和改进措施。
