建筑施工企业项目工会工作难点和重点浅析

The project labor union of constructive enterprise has some characteristics itself, so there are some difficulties for the labor union work. The existed problems of project labor union are analyzed. The requirements for doing project labor union work well are stated. Then 5 aspects of works for project labor union are introduced. It is pointed out that the project labor union work has a good prospects.%建筑施工企业项目部工会有其自身特点，因而开展工作有一定困难，必须引起重视。分析目前项目部工会组织存在的问题。阐述搞好项目部工会工作的几个条件。从5个方面介绍如何搞好项目部工会工作。指出项目部工会工作大有可为。
