自动化码头双小车岸桥中转平台安全管控

摘要

Taking the transfer platform of double-trolley quay crane of automated terminal in Yangshan Port Phase IV as the research object, its structure layout, security control logic of main trolley and gantry trolley, integration of production operation system and equipment control system are introduced in this paper. Besides, optimization suggestions are put forward based on the actual production situation. Practice has proved that the efficiency of container handling in automated terminal can be effectively improved.%以洋山深水港四期自动化码头双小车岸桥中转平台为研究对象, 介绍其结构与关键设备布置, 针对一般作业流程和异常工况下作业流程, 分别描述了主/门小车进出中转平台安全管控逻辑, 并基于实际生产情况提出优化建议, 可有效提高自动化码头集装箱装卸效率.
