海沧-嵩屿港区变电站视频监控系统的改造

摘要

This paper introduces the function,structure,key technology and effect of the system bases on the construc-tion example of the long-distance video assisted monitoring system in Haicang 110 kV substation of Xiamen port holding group company. The system achieves two class system structure and solves the problem that exchanging the daily inspection tour by op-erator on duty to the video surveillance system to monitoring the running condition of the high-low pressure device in the substa-tion and the turnover situation of the staffs in the substation,in order to guarantee the safety of power supply on the port.%介绍厦门港务控股集团海沧110 kV变电站远程视频辅助监控系统的结构、功能、关键技术和作用，采用2级（子站和地区监控中心）体系架构，解决了子站高低压设备运行情况和变电站人员进出情况用视频监控系统来替代值班人员日常巡视的问题，从而保障港区的供电安全。
