堆料机四轮架加固改造

摘要

According to the problem that the strength of the original roof plate in cantilever type stacker is insuffi-cient and that deformation occurred in the process of jacking up,the method of increasing the strength of the top plate is a-dopted. And the specification of the reinforcing bars is determined by means of force analysis and ANSYS finite element a-nalysis. It obtains a better repair effect and improves the efficiency of maintenance.%针对悬臂式堆料机原有顶升板强度不足、在顶升过程中发生形变的问题，采取了增加加强筋的方法提高顶升板的强度，并通过受力分析和 Ansys有限元分析确定加强筋的规格，达到了较好的维修效果，提升了维修的效率。
