铬污染对三种常见蔬菜种子萌发和生长的影响研究

         

摘要

通过研究不同浓度铬(Cr6+)对叶类蔬菜小白菜、上海青和甜芥菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,得出结论:不同浓度的Cr6+对小白菜种子的萌发、根长和苗高都表现出一定影响,且随浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增大;当浓度小于1.0mg/L时,Cr6+对小白菜发芽率、根长和苗高有促进作用,而当浓度小于2.0mg/L时,Cr6+对甜芥菜的发芽率、根长和苗高有促进作用,而当浓度大于2.0mg/L时则表现为抑制作用;Cr6+对上海青的总体影响不是很明显。总的来说,当Cr6+的浓度大于2.0mg/L时,三个实验蔬菜品种的发芽势、发芽率、根长及苗高都受到抑制,Cr6+的抑制作用强弱表现为:小白菜〉甜芥菜〉上海青。%Through the research of influence of different chromium(Cr6+) concentration on seed germination and young seedling growth of leafy vegetables such as the Chinese Cabbage, Shanghai Green and sugared leaf mustard. The result showed that: Different concentration of Cr6+ displays certain influence on Chinese Cabbage seeds' germination, root length and seedling height, along with concentration enlargement, the inhibitory action increases; When concentration is lower than 1.0 mg/L, Cr6+ has the promotion action on Chinese Cabbage's germination percentage, root length and seedling height. When concentration is lower than 2.0 mg/L, Cr6+ has the promotion action on sugared leaf mustard's germination percentage, root length and seedling height. And while concentration is higher than 2.0 mg/L, Cr6+ displays inhibitory action, and influence on Shanghai Green is not obvious. Generally speaking, when Cr6+ concentration is higher than 2.0 mg/L, all three vegetables shows inhibitory action. The Cr6 inhibitory sequence is Chinese Cabbage 〉 Shanghai Blue 〉 sugared leaf mustard .
