基于治理理论视角的地方高校基层党组织工作考评的途径与方法

摘要

目前，我国许多高校都加强了基层党组织工作的考评，这大大促进了学校的基层党组织工作的发展，使越来越多的学生提高了自身的思想政治素质。为此，要不断加强高校的基层党组织考评工作，使高校基层党组织的作用得到真正的发挥。文章在深入研究地方高校基层党组织工作进行考评的重要意义和存在的问题的基础上，从治理理论的视角出发，阐述地方高校基层党组织工作考评的途径与方法。%Many colleges and universities in China have strengthened the evaluation of College Party work at present. These have greatly promoted the development of College Party work, and more and more students＇ ideological and political quality has improved. Therefore, the evaluation of College Party work must be continued to strengthen, with making the role of the College Party get really play. Basing on the research of the importance and existing problems of College Party work evaluation, the ways and means of evaluation were proposed from the perspective of governance theory.
