基于PLC的矿浆浓度和干矿重量测量系统的设计与应用

         

摘要

在选矿生产过程中,需要及时获取矿浆浓度和干矿重量,以便指导生产.传统测量方法在实时性、准确度及适用范围方面存在不足.针对这些不足,研究了一套基于PLC的测量系统,实现在线对矿浆浓度和干矿重量测量.通过对测量系统和PLC系统的软件和硬件的优化设计,获得了一套稳定可靠、准确方便的系统.目前,该系统已经成功应用于生产,在半年的统计周期内,矿浆浓度平均误差为0.92%,干矿重量平均误差为0.57%,在实际使用中取得了很好的效果.%  In order to guide the production, it’s necessary to obtain pulp density and dry ore weight timely in the mineral separation process. The traditional measuring method in real-time, accuracy and applicable scope is deficient. Based on these defects, a measurement system based on PLC was researched, online measurement for pulp density and dry ore weight was realized. Through the optimization design of software and hardware for measurement system and PLC system, a set of stable and reliable, accurate and convenient system was obtained. At present, this system has been successfully applied to the production, in the half a year's statistical period, the average error of pulp density is 0.92%, the mean error of dry ore weight is 0.57%, and it have been achieved a good results in actual use.
