高职高专艺术类专业学生管理工作探析

摘要

艺术类专业学生的教育管理工作一直是高校教育管理中的一个难题。随着高等教育规模的快速发展，高职高专院校中艺术类学生的数量在逐渐的增加，艺术类大学生的思想教育与管理问题也逐渐凸显，引起高校和社会各界的普遍关注。对高职高专艺术类专业学生实施符合其专业学生特点的、行之有效的教育管理方法，提高管理工作水平，更好的为学生成长成才服务，成为教育管理者面临的一个重要课题。%　　The management of art-majored students has always been a difficult problem of higher education management. With the rapid development of the scale of higher education, art-majored students in vocational college increase gradually, ideological education and management problems of art students are highlighted increasingly, which s causes universal attention of college and society. Implemented effective educational management methods which consistent with the professional characteristics of art students in vocational college, improved the management level, served for students grows and raise more better, have become an important issue which education managers face.
