“全员参与、全程共管、责任共担”的高职就业工作模式探索与实践

摘要

高职院校的学生就业，关系到高职院校的生存与发展。文章以广西交通职业技术学院就业工作为例，对如何构建高职就业工作模式进行了探索，根据高职学生就业工作的特色，提出了“全员参与、全程共管、责任共担”的高职就业工作模式。%　　The employment of higher vocational college employment has a great effect on the survival and development of the college. In this article, the employment work of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communisations was taken as an example to explore the employment work model in higher vocational college. The total employee involvement, full co-management and sharing responsibilities employment work model was put forward according to the characteristic of higher vocational college students employment work.
