功率放大器是现代通信系统中的关键模块,宽带是目前功率放大器的主要发展趋势。文章介绍了30MHz-512MHz放大器的整体设计方案,根据宽带功率放大器的设计原理,应用宽带传输线变压器和微带线相结合的方法来匹配,采用负反馈网络来提高放大器的稳定性。利用ADS仿真,最终实现全频段80W功率输出。给出了测试结果,满足设计要求。%The power amplifier is the critical modules of modern communication system and the broadband is the main trend of the power amplifier at present.This paper introduces the overall design scheme of the amplifier of 30 MHz-512 MHz,according to the design theory of the broadband power amplifier,applying the transmission line and microstrip line to match.We can improve the stability of the amplifier by using the negative feedback network.Making use of ADS simulation soft,finally we realize 80 W power output over the whole frequency range.At last test results are given,and meet the design requirements.
