药学类大学生职业生涯规划调查分析与思考

摘要

文章在对医药院校药学类学生职业生涯规划现状进行调查分析的基础上,提出应构建职业生涯发展理念下的全程就业指导体系,提供全程化职业生涯规划教育与指导的保障条件,提高药学类学生职业生涯规划的主动性,以促进药学生职业发展。%Based on investigation and analysis on pharmaceutical students＇ career plan in medical colleges and universities,whole employment guidance system which should be builded career development idea was put forward,guarantee condition of education and guidance on the whole career plan was Provided,this improved initiative the pharmaceuticalstudents＇ of career plan,as well as promoted the professional development of medicine.
