ERP环境下基于数据仓库技术的产品质量管理

摘要

This paper introduces the concepts associated with ERP and data warehouse（including its characteristics）.With the increasing competition in marketing,more and more enterprises realize that the importance of the product quality.Therefore,taking a mechanical processing factory based on ERP operation as example,this paper analyzes the product data of mechanical processing by adopting OLAP technique and multi-dimension analysis method based on business intelligence of SQL server.Administrators can obtain relevant information to adjust the production process so that keep the product staying in good quality,which providing technical support for the development of enterprises in long-term.%文章介绍了ERP、数据仓库等的相关概念以及数据仓库的特性。以某机械加工工厂为例,以其正在运行的ERP为基础,基于SQL Server 2008的B（IBusiness Intelligence,商业智能）,采用数据仓库及OLAP（On-Line Analytical Processing,联机分析处理）技术,使用多维数据集分析技术对机械加工中的生产数据进行分析,管理者可及时获得相关信息,调整生产过程,从而可以保质保量的生产合格产品,为企业长期发展提供技术支持。
