浅析罪犯亚文化与罪犯再社会化

摘要

文章解释了罪犯亚文化以及罪犯再社会化的内涵极其特征，分析了罪犯亚文化对罪犯再社会化的影响，并指出监狱要在封闭的、与社会相对隔离的特定环境中完成对罪犯教育、改造，使之出狱后成为守法公民。由于，罪犯亚文化对其再社会化的影响，为了避免罪犯成为再社会化的失败者，从而实现首要标准，遏制、减弱罪犯亚文化，促进罪犯再社会化不容忽视。%　　The article explains the prisoner subculture and criminal connotation re-socialization extremely characteristic, analysis of criminal subculture re-socialization of offenders influence and pointed to a closed prison, and the relative isolation of a particular social environment to complete the criminal education, reform, so that after his release to become law-abiding citizens.
