浅谈我国新闻发言人制度的完善

摘要

新闻发言人制度是政府通过新闻媒介与公众沟通的方式，也是政府控制新闻传播的手段，更是实现公民知情权的重要途径。我国的新闻发言人制度从1983年确立，2003年“非典”事件成为关键转折，至今，新闻发言人制度已然深受公民与学界关注。%　　China's press spokesman system is the way that government communicates with the public by media, the means of control, the approach to achieve people's right to know.
