高压绝缘套管电场计算与绝缘分析

             

摘要

高压绝缘套管是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)高电压与地电位绝缘的重要元件,其均匀的电场分布与合理的结构,是GIS安全运行的保证。文章针对126 kV GIS高压绝缘套管结构设计与电场分布问题,在电磁场理论基础上,通过建立高压绝缘套管的轴对称电场数学模型,并对套管场域电场进行数值模拟及可视化处理,确定了126 kV GIS高压绝缘套管绝缘设计结构,为产品开发提供数值实验基础。经型式试验验证,产品各项性能指标满足技术规范要求,绝缘试验合格并具有较大的裕度,套管具有良好的技术经济指标。%High voltage insulating bushing is an important component of GIS of the high potential and ground potential insulation. The even electric field distribution and reasonable structure of bushing will guarantee the safe operation of GIS. In order to solve the problem of structural design and electric field distribution of 126 (kV) GIS bushing, a mathematical model to calculate the electric field distribution of high voltage insulating bushing was established in this study, and numerical simulation and visualization processing for electric field distribution of bushing was made by ANSYS. Furthermore, the insulation size was determined and verified. Consequently, the numerical foundation of insulation structural design and the development of 126 (kV) GIS bushing are provided.
