Juvenile polyps,or retention polyp is a kind of hamartoma, more than 90% occurred in children, especially in preschool and school-age children[1].With the wide application of endoscopy, the detection rate of juvenile polyps in adults is increased. Now, the summary is as follows.%幼年性息肉(Juvenile Polyp，JP)又称潴留性息肉，是错构瘤性息肉的一种，90%以上发生在儿童，尤其多见于学龄前及学龄儿童[1]。随着内镜的广泛应用，成人大肠幼年性息肉的检出率增高。现就其做一综述如下。
