浅析建筑物屋面渗漏水的非技术原因

摘要

Roof building exterior envelope is uppermost member, for resisting natural snow, wind, frost, solar radiation, temperature changes and other adverse factors influence to ensure that the building interior has a good working environment. According to research, there are different degrees of roof leakage accounts for 35%of the total sample. Cause of leakage can be divided into the reasons (such as design, construction) that the technical, non-technical reasons (such as maintenance management). The article analyzes the causes of the two engineering examples of non-technical causes of roof leakage of water.%屋面是建筑物最上层的外围护构件，用于抵抗自然界的雨雪、风、霜、太阳辐射、气温变化等不利因素的影响，保证建筑内部有一个良好的使用环境。据调查研究，我国屋面存在不同程度渗漏的占抽查总数的35%。造成渗漏的原因大概可以分为与技术有关的原因（如设计、施工）、非技术原因（如维护管理）。文章通过两个工程实例分析了非技术原因造成屋面渗漏水的原因。
