Phlegm is an important pathologic basis of disease stroke, is also the key treatment of clinical stroke .This article is based on stroke-related literature focuses on the phlegm in the pathogenesis of stroke pathogenesis, and clinical profiles.%痰浊是中风病发病的重要病理基础之一，也是中风病临床的治疗关键所在。文章依据中风病相关文献，主要探讨痰浊在中风发病中的病因病机，以及临床治疗概况。
