Characteristics of A-21 PVC paste resin production process are introduced, which involve the following aspects: (1)preheated VCM and water are mixed with additives first, and then the mixture is put into the polymerizer; (2)the mixing operation is performed in pipeline mixer; (3)two-stage pressure homogenizer MS45-2TPS is adopted; (4)24% of the total amount of needed VCM is added to polymerizer directly; (5)raw materials are supplied continuously under the control of computer; (6)after-heating process is used; and (7)there is a reflux condenser at the top of polymerizer.
