混凝土防护用聚脲和聚氨醋(脲)的鉴别

         

摘要

利用工程现场分析与电感藕合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)和傅立叶红外光谱( FT-IR)等实验分析相结合的方法,对比研究了混凝土防护用聚腺和聚氨醋(服).工程现场可通过显色反应法快速鉴别聚赚和聚氨醋(服).ICP-OES元素分析结果表明,聚脉和聚氛醋(服)都含有Zn,Fe,AI,Na等元素,聚氨醋(眼)中含有1.5508 μg/L的Hg催化剂.FF-IR研究结果证实,在1726 cm -1附近聚氨醋(腺)存在明显的氨醋键特征峰,而聚服中未出现明显的氨醋键特征峰.%Job site investigation, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) and fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were applied to study the composition and structure of polyurea and hybrid for concrete protection. A colour reation in site fast method was used to indentify these two materials in the job site. The result of ICP-OES analysis showed that Zn 、Fe、Al 、Na were found in both polyurea and hybrid, while organic mercury catalyst was detected in hybrid only, the content was 1. 5508 μg/L. FT-IR analysis illustrated that hybrid showed obvious urethane linkages absorption peak near wave number 1726 cm-1, while no obvious urethane linkages absorption peak was shown in polyurea.
