采用废旧胶粉(WRP)、聚丙二醇(PPG-2000)及表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应后再经3,3'-二氯-二氨基二苯基甲烷扩链制备了废旧胶粉/聚氨酯(WRP/PU)共混材料,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和力学性能测试表征方法,研究了SDS对WRP/PU共混材料中二者相容性和力学性能的影响.结果表明,当SDS质量分数为3%时,WRP/PU共混材料的相容性良好,力学性能达到最佳.%The waste rubber powder/polyurethane( WRP/PU) blends material was prepared by WRP、PPG-200 and surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) , reacting with toluene diisocyanate(TDI) , chain extented by 4,4'-methylenebis (2-chloroaniline).The influence of surfactant SDS on the compatibility of WRP and PU was investigated by SEM, DSC and FT-IR. The influence of surfactant SDS on mechanical properties of blends was studied with tensile test and hardness test.The results showed that the mechanical properties of WRP/PU blend were the best when the content of surfactant was 3% , since the compatibility of WRP and PU was improved by surfactant and WRP was dispersed homogeneously in the PU matrix.
