阻燃剂Al（OH）3对聚氨酯弹性体绝缘性能的影响∗

摘要

将阻燃剂氢氧化铝（Al（OH）3）加入聚氨酯弹性体中，研究了Al（OH）3含量对聚氨酯弹性体绝缘性能的影响。结果表明，聚氨酯的耐电晕时间、相对介电常数和介质损耗角正切值都随Al（ OH）3含量的增加而增加；聚氨酯的工频击穿场强、体积电阻率和表面电阻率都随Al（ OH）3含量的增加而降低。%Flame retardant aluminum hydroxide ( Al ( OH) 3 ) was added into polyurethane, the effect of the content of aluminum hydroxide on insulation property of polyurethane elastomer was studied. The results showed that the corona⁃resistant time, the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent values of polyurethane were in⁃creased with the increase of the Al( OH) 3 content. The frequency breakdown field strength, volume resistivity and surface resistivity of polyurethane were decreased with the increase of the Al( OH) 3 content.
