PTMG含量对梳形结构聚氨酯-脲微相分离及性能的影响

         

摘要

Comb-like polyurethane-urea(PUU)was prepared by using polyoxytertramethylene(PTMG),hexa-methylene diisocyanate(HDI),isophoronediamine(IPDA),ethoxy terminated polyoxyethylene ether diol(N-120) as main materials. Effect of PTMG content on microphase separation and performance of the PUU were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties was excellent. With the PUU content decreased from 58% to 32%, the tensile strength of the material was increased first and then decreased, the elongation at break was decreased, and the glass transition temperature of soft segment was increased from-52.7℃ to-42.8℃,the initial decompo-sition temperature of PUU was decreased from 282.4℃ to 262.3℃,the degree of microphase separation was de-creased and the storage modulus(E′)was increased.%以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)为软段,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为硬段,乙氧基封端聚乙二醇(N-120)为亲水剂,合成含侧链的梳形结构聚氨酯-脲乳液,并研究了PTMG含量对聚氨酯-脲微相分离及性能的影响.结果表明,材料的力学性能优异,当PTMG质量分数从58%逐步减少到32%时,材料的拉伸强度先增加后降低,伸长率下降,软段的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从-52.7 ℃上升到-42.8 ℃,材料的初始分解温度从282.4℃下降到262.3℃,软硬段间的微相分离程度减小,储能模量增加.
