模压法制备高发泡聚丙烯/木粉复合泡沫材料

         

摘要

In order to prepare the high-expanded PP/wood flour composite foam by moulded method,the three key problems in the process of prepare the polypropylene/composite foam Which are the decomposition temperature of foaming agent is too high, the melt strength of PP is too low and the interfacial compatibility between wood flour and PP is poorly, were analysised and solved. The results showed that: when the mass radio of foaming agent AC to ZnO is 1:0.3, the decomposition of AC can satisfy the requirement of foaming; when the adding amount of crossling agent and cross-linking aids is 9 phr and 7 phr respectively, the crosslinking effect is best, and the crosslinking process is complete within 7 min; and when the adding amount of coupling agent is lphr for 100phr wood flour, the interracial compatibility between wood flour and PP is the best.%为制备出高发泡倍率的聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合泡沫材料,对其在制备过程中所面临的发泡剂分解温度太高、PP熔体强度过低及木粉与PP界面相容性差这三大关键难题进行分析并解决。结果表明:当活化剂ZnO添加量为发泡剂AC的0.3倍时,AC分解温度符合发泡过程的要求,提高温度有利于缩短发泡剂分解前诱导期及发泡剂的分解时间;交联剂添加量为9份,助交联剂添加量为7份时,材料的交联效果最好,交联时间控制在7min左右最佳;当偶联剂添加量2份时处理木粉最为合适,此时木粉与PP的界面相容性的改善效果最佳。
