采用平板稀释法分离广西八角根围土壤真菌13个属1329株,利用贝氏皿浸渍法对其发酵液进行了杀线虫活性筛选,计算其对南方根结线虫卵孵化抑制率及对2龄幼虫(J2)致死率的影响。菌株Gisf326、Gisf495和Gisf415发酵液原液对南方根结线虫卵孵化的相对抑制率分别为96.67%、83.33%和73.33%,发酵液20倍稀释液对J2校正死亡率分别为93.13%、87.81%和93.38%;经形态学鉴定和 ITS 序列分析,3种真菌分别为淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)、黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)和日本曲霉(A.japonicus)。本研究为植物线虫病害的防治提供了新的生防真菌资源。%Soil fungi were isolated by dilution method from the rhizosphere of anise(Illicium verum)in the Guan-gxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. A total of 1 329 strains were obtained,belonging to 13 genus. After culturing and fermenting some of the dominant fungi strains,we screened their nematicidal activities with fermentation me-tabolite immersed in the Bayesian dish. Through the evaluation of hatching rate of eggs and the corrected mortali-ty of the second stage juveniles(J2 ),we got 3 high-activity fungal strains,namely Gisf326,Gisf495 and Gisf415, which were identified as Paecilomyces lilacinus,Aspergillus niger and A.japonicus based on morphology and ITS se-quences. The relative inhibition rates of Gisf326,Gisf495 and Gisf415 in fermentation metabolite against M. incognita eggs were 96.67% ,83.33% and 73.33% . In 20-fold dilution metabolite,the corrected mortality rates of J2 were 93.13% ,87.81% and 93.38% . The research provides new biocontrol resources for plant nematodes.
