苎麻化学脱胶包括酸浸、碱解、水洗或给油、分离等工序，传统化学脱胶方法脱胶时间长、劳动强度大。为提高实验室苎麻样品化学脱胶效率、减轻劳动强度、节约脱胶成本，开展了全自动苎麻化学脱胶试验仪的研制工作。该仪器由酸浸、碱煮、再酸浸、再碱煮、给油五道工序完成苎麻化学脱胶过程，每道工序均包含进水、加热、排液、冲洗、排水五个动作，将苎麻化学脱胶每道工序的五个动作采用微机控制，每个动作根据设计时间和温度循环执行，依次完成，并通过触摸屏输入、数据显示和界面指引的方式，自动完成苎麻的化学脱胶过程。试验结果表明，该仪器操作简单、脱胶效果好，脱胶后的苎麻精干麻理化指标符合《苎麻精干麻》（ GB／T 20793－2015）质量要求，实现了实验室苎麻样品化学脱胶自动化。%In order to improve the efficiency of chemical degumming for laboratory ramie samples, reduce labor intensity and save cost, the test of automatic ramie degumming apparatus was carries out. Chemical degumming method of ramie was divided into five steps, acid leaching, alkali cooking, acid leaching, alkali cooking and oilling.Each process was divided into five operations, feedwater, heating, drainage, irrigation and drainage.Automatic test instrument for ramie degumming was controlled by mi-crocomputer and designed for loop execution with different time and temperature.The input and display of data were completed through the touch screen by interface guidelining.The results showed that the in-strument had the advantages of simple operation, good effect of chemical degumming, and the ramie after chemical degumming can meet the requirements of laboratory quality testing.The automatic chemical de-gumming of ramie sample in lab was realized.
