苎麻生物产量构成因子与生物产量的相关性分析

         

摘要

研究通过对50份苎麻核心种质生物产量及其产量构成因子(分株数、株高、叶片数)进行相关分析,明确影响苎麻生物产量的主要因子,并通过回归分析,获得生物产量与主要影响因子的回归方程.结果表明,分株数是影响苎麻生物产量的主要因子,其回归方程为:Y=11.918X+358.763.故建议在注重株高/叶片数的同时,把分株数作为苎麻育种的重要选择指标.该研究为苎麻育种提供了理论依据.%In order to identify main factors affecting biomass of ramie (Boehmeria nivea L.),biomass and biomass components (including ramet number,plant height,leaf number) of 50 ramie core collections were studied in this research.And the regression equation of biomass and main influencing factors was obtained by regression analysis.The result show that ramet number is the main factor that affects biomass of ramie,and its regression equation was Y =11.918X + 358.763.This study suggests that ramet number should be treated as an important index of ramie breeding selection,while plant height and leaf number are important at the same time.This study provides theoretical basis for ramie breeding.
