海底管道材料--钢管的制造监理

摘要

本文通过对某海底天然气管道用钢管制造监理中发现和解决的问题分析，认为超前储备、及早介入、全面服务、精心组织、突出重点、严控质量是保证设备监理工作和钢管制造质量的关键。海底管道用钢管制造监理项目的成功开展，对推动国产钢管用于海底管道建设起到了示范效果。%This article analyzes problems and provides solutions in the manufac-turing supervision on steel used in submarine natural gas pipeline. It points out that advanced preparation, early intervene, comprehensive services, meticulously organi-zation, being focused, and strict quality control are the core to assure the quality of supervision and pipe steel manufactured. The success of manufacturing supervision on steel pipe used in submarine pipeline is demonstrative to promote the domestically manufactured steel adopted in submarine pipeline construction.
