中国工业节能政策措施与设备监理机遇

本文主要阐述了我国在“十一五”、“十二五”期间工业节能政策措施，重点介绍了“十二五”的节能减排目标和措施，详细分析了万家企业节能低碳行动，结合这些重点节能工程，指出了设备监理面临的发展机遇和挑战。%This article expounds national industrial energy conservation policies promulgated during the 11th and 12th Five-Year Plan periods. It highlights energy saving and emission reduction goals and measures set for the 12th Five-Year Plan period and carefully analyzes“Ten Thousands of Enterprises Energy Saving and Low Carbon Action”. Based on the key energy conservation projects, the article presents opportunities and challenges for the development of plant engineer-ing consulting industry.
