边缘社区更新的协作式规划路径——中国“城中村”改造与法国“ZUS”复兴比较研究

中国和法国都存在由于外来人口进入城市而形成的城市边缘社区——中国的“城中村”和法国的“ZUS”,针对这些边缘社区面临的相对严重的社会问题,两国都对这些边缘社区进行了改造.借鉴法国在“ZUS”改造过程中所取得的成效,中国在进行“城中村”改造时,应遵循协作式更新规划路径,即多元主体参与规划过程、界定公共利益和非公共利益、从解决物质空间问题转向解决社会空间问题、使更新规划法制化与民主化等,以达到缩小“城中村”与城市其他地区的贫富差距,促进社会融合的目的.%China and France both have immigrating population communities: urban village and ZUS. Both the two countries have taken some measure to salve the surious social problems in these dirstric. China's urban village revitalization should adopt cooperative planning approach, I.e. Multiple stakeholder participation, defining public and private benefit, solving social as well as physical problems, regulating and democraticizing planning. These measures will narrow the gap between urban village and other urban communities for a harmonious society development.
