“产业遴选与空间落实”双重路径下的产业园区规划和实践

摘要

Industrial park is a major driving force of local economy. With economic transition in recent years, industrial park planning is transferring from physical planning to industrial and spatial double approaches. Industry selection is the basis of spatial layout. The paper demonstrates the concept in Suzhou industrial park development, and provides reference for other cases.%产业园区作为地方经济发展的主要推动引擎，近年来，随着宏观经济转型升级，逐渐摆脱以往只注重单一物质空间规划的模式，加强了产业规划研究，呈现出明显的双重路径，形成以产业遴选为基础、空间组织为落实的二位一体规划设计思路。研究以苏州地区产业园区建设为例，论证了产业园区建设的基本思路，为其他地区产业园区发展提供了借鉴。
