城市地铁沿线站域地下空间开发控制要素探讨

摘要

城市地铁沿线站域地下空间是“地铁城市”地下空间开发利用的重点。研究主要对地铁车站类型及站域地下空间利用方式(即地下空间利用模式和用地特征)、站域地下空间控制要素及指标体系、环境容量控制、功能系统控制和竖向控制等进行探讨，并以常州市为例，提出地铁沿线站域地下空间开发控制要素的构成和建议。%Underground space of subway station is the emphasis of underground development. The paper studies the station type, utilization type, control element, indices system, capacity control, function system control, and vertical system control of subway station underground space, and raises relevant suggestions for Changzhou city.
