旅游特色型村庄规划编制探索-以广西三江口旅游名村村庄规划为例

摘要

Sanjiangkou vil age is located in Jitai neighborhood of Nandu town, Cenxi city in Guangxi province. The vil age planning respects the historical context, preserves ecological environment and mountain landscape, integrates holiday recreation, healthy living, cultural experience, tourist reception, agricultural tourism, and food and shopping, and builds a tourism vil age with southern China features. The plan studies vil age planning from tourism, space, transportation, green system, and vil age renovation, to realize sustainable ecological vil age development.%广西岑溪市南渡镇吉太社区三江口旅游名村村庄规划以旅游为导向，尊重村庄自身文脉，以优良的生态环境、舒适的山地气候为基础，以独特的山地景观、森林生态景观为特色，以休闲养生度假、文化体验为基本功能，以游客集散服务、旅游接待为核心功能，以生态农业观光、餐饮购物为辅助功能，注重旅游产品的个性化设计与合理组合，打造富有岭南风情的旅游名村。规划从旅游专项、空间布局、道路交通、绿地系统景观与改造整治等方面探寻合理的村庄规划路径，力求实现生态环境与村庄的可持续发展。
