“两区共建”新型农村社区规划编制-以青岛平度市蓼兰镇许家社区规划为例

Overal construction thought of new rural community construction in Qingdao: “Building the two zones, three concentrations, four fusions”. “Building two districts “, gathering rural residential community and intensive characteristic industrial park planning and constructing together, solve the problem of farmers living at the same time, solve the problem of farmers’ employment. The use of “idea of planning two cooperation area” in Xujia, Liaolan, Pingdu, tries to explore a line with the resources of rural development and integration of space development mode, create a safe, comfortable, convenient production and living space for farmers.%青岛新型农村社区建设的总体思路是“两区共建、三个集中、四个融合”。其中，“两区共建”，即将集聚型农村居住社区和集约化的特色产业园区共同规划建设，在解决好农民居住问题的同时，解决好其就业问题。在平度市蓼兰镇许家社区规划中，利用“两区共建”的规划理念，试图探索一种符合农村发展和整合空间资源的开发建设模式，为农民营造一种安全、舒适与便捷的生产与生活空间。
