邻里建成环境对老年人身体活动的影响-日常购物行为的比较案例分析

摘要

China is entering aged society. Physical activities are positive to senior people, and their activities are influenced by built environment. The paper chooses four dif erent neighborhoods in Dalian city as study cases, studies the influence of built environment factors on senior shopping activities. The study reveals that neighborhood character, street grid, block scale, and public space vitality are the major factors that influence senior people shopping activities frequency. The paper final y puts forwards improvement suggestions.%我国正在步入老龄化社会，老年人身体活动对实现健康老龄化具有积极作用，并受到邻里建成环境的影响与制约。以大连市为研究区域，研究选取4个具有不同建成环境形态的邻里住区为典型案例，将与老年人身体活动极为密切的日常购物行为作为研究对象，运用比较案例分析方法，初步识别对老年人身体活动有明显促进或制约作用的建成环境要素。研究发现，邻里住区设施网点的个体特征、街道网络的拓扑形式、土地利用的地块尺度和公共空间的界面活力等多方面因素共同影响着老年人的日常购物活动出行频率，据此提出了相应的改善建议。
