The paper studies the art involved rural renaissance from governance structure viewpoint based on positive study of Setouchi Art Festival. The paper analyzes the behavior of artists, developers, tourists, and vilagers from temporal and subjective angles, and their governance structure, proposes soft intervention and multiple stakeholders are crucial to art as an intervention approach of countryside regeneration.%文章以日本濑户内海艺术祭为研究对象,从治理结构的理论视角出发,结合多次实地考察和相关资料搜集,研究艺术介入型乡村复兴的机制。文章在研究过程中,重点关注艺术介入背景下的艺术家、开发商、游客及村民四类建设主体,并从时间线索和主体聚焦两个维度,分析了各类主体的行为方式,以及由此建构起来的治理结构,提出了作为一种乡村复兴的局部干预手段,艺术介入型乡村复兴机制的核心内容在于艺术文化的柔性介入和治理主体的多元参与。
