With the context of agricultural modernization, the paper analyzes the development predicament and comparative advantage of Liguang Overseas Chinese farm, follows the "agriculture+" concept, proposes the transition strategies: farm-city integration, dislocation development, and precise localization; improves the farm layout, refines the layout planning, highlight the landscape resource condition, and constructs a characteristic three basic space; guided by plan implementation, improves the plans of production, attract investment and operation, advances the transition and development of Overseas Chinese farm.%文章基于农业现代化背景,深入分析北部湾丽光华侨农场的现实发展困境和比较优势,以"农业+"为发展理念,提出农城一体、错位发展、精准定位的农场转型策略;通过优化农场空间布局、细化用地布局规划、亮化景观资源条件营造特色"三生"空间;以规划实施为导向,深化产品、招商和运营策划,以促进新常态下华侨农场的转型升级发展.
