非历史文化名城内传统街区的保护更新探索

摘要

宿迁市马陵路街区是宿迁市唯一的传统风貌建筑集中连片区,但其并非法定意义上的历史文化街区,在保护更新中无法可依.文章通过对宿迁市城市演变的研究,揭示了该类街区的基本特征、面临矛盾以及保护更新中可能遇到的规划问题,提出了非历史文化名城传统街区保护更新的建议.%Malinglu block is the only area that concentrates traditional buildings in Suqian city.It has not been legislated as historical district yet.The paper studies the evolution of Suqian city,reveals character,contradiction,and potential problems of such blocks,and offers suggestions of their preservation and renovation.
