基于空间绩效的总规实施评估方法探索

摘要

The mechanism of urban master plan implementation evaluation has been established for decades, but its working framework and technique is still in probe. With the case of Changzhou city, the paper starts from spatial performance angle, sets up a technical logic from spatial performance to implementation performance, and provides a reference for the completion of master plan implementation evaluation.%我国的城市总规实施评估机制已经建立多年,但在工作框架和技术方法上都还处于探索阶段.文章以江苏省常州市总规实施评估为例,从城市空间绩效评价的视角出发,建构了从空间绩效到实施绩效的评估技术逻辑,可为我国总规实施评估方法的进一步完善提供参考.
