近年来,互联网和共享经济的爆发性增长为基于使用权共享的住房分享平台带来了整体的繁荣,以共享社区为代表的新型开放性社区也为城市居住带来了多种可能.文章从共享经济和共享城市的视角审视城市住房,对住房共享的原因、类型及其对城市的多方面影响进行了分析,并根据分析结果,尝试提出了共享经济盘活城市存量住房资源的途径、共享社区的建设思路及共享城市的规划和管理措施,为进一步建设共享开放的城市提供了一定的启示.%In recent years, the explosive growth of internet economy and sharing economy has brought about prosperity of sharinghousing platforms. New open community represented by sharing housing has brought about multiple possibilities. The paperinspects urban housing from sharing economy and sharing city viewpoint, and analyzes the reasons, types, and impacts ofshared housing on cities. Based on the results, the paper puts forwards approaches of activating urban stock housing resource,construction concepts of shared communities, planning and governance of sharing city, and provides illumination on building moreopen sharing city.
