大都市远郊衰败型村庄振兴探索r——以广州市莲麻村村庄规划为例

摘要

在快速城市化与城乡二元割裂的背景下,大都市远郊衰败型村庄面临着传统产业衰败、乡土文化没落、建设实施与治理乏力三大发展困境,急需引导其转型发展,实现村庄振兴.文章结合广州市莲麻村村庄规划实践,在分析村庄特征及发展条件的基础上,从乡村产业再造、乡土文化复兴和乡城协同治理三个方面探索其振兴路径,以期为大都市远郊衰败型村庄振兴规划提供参考.%In the process of fast urbanization and with dual urban-rural system, exurban villages are facing difficulties of traditionalindustry decay, rural culture degradation, weak implementation of construction and governance. The villages need transition towardsrural regeneration. With Lianma village plan case, the paper analyzes the characters and conditions of exurban villages, studiestheir regeneration paths from industrial regeneration, cultural renaissance, and coordinate governance of city and countryside, andprovides a reference for exurban villages of other cities.
