城市边缘型高铁站地区规划设计思路与临沂北站实践□

摘要

国内高铁建设如火如荼,高铁枢纽星罗棋布.文章以边缘型高铁站及周边地区为研究对象,结合临沂北站的具体实例,从发展特征与问题剖析入手,确定"定性、定形、定业、定路"的规划思路,以期为其他高铁新城的建设提供有益参考.%Chinese high-speed rail station is developing fast, lots of high-speed rail hubs and "high-speed rial cities" are appeared in different cities. The development of high-speed rail station area areas are facing the unprecedented dilemma, the hug investment does not return the equivalent amount. The paper takes borderline high-rail station area as an example, analyzes the development characteristic and problems, defines the development idea of ecology, function, industry, traffic. With the practice of Linyi north station, the paper provides some experience to other station planning.
