基于决策树原理的社区生活圈测度与评价方法——以广州市番禺区为例

文章以POl数据为基础,运用决策树原理创新地构建了社区生活圈测度与评价方法.同时,将这一方法运用于广州市番禺区的案例中,明确了其所在地区开发强度、人口密度和与现状地铁站距离是决定社区生活圈发展条件的关键因子,并识别出急需开展控规修编的地区.文章通过创新生活圈测度和评价方法,为特大城市科学指导控规编制、优化控规编制手段提供了有益的参考.%The paper propose an innovative approach in community life circle measurement and evaluation with decision making tree theory and POI data, and practices the method in Panyu district case. Development intensity, population density, and distance to metro stations are identified as critical parameters. Areas with urgent need for planning is recognized. It provides a reference for rational plan compilation.
