珠海市城市设计历程与实施途径

摘要

珠海作为我国环境宜居建设较成功的典型城市之一,在城市设计工作方面积累了很好的经验.文章通过对珠海特区成立以来的城市设计实践历程的总结,回顾了其从遵循"朴素"的刚性管控到通过制度化推动环境宜居项目实施,提升城市设计系统性的探索轨迹.在实施路径上,珠海建立起了技术地位、管控地位、专业补位三方面的框架体系.%As one of livable cities, Zhuhai has got some good experience of urban design. The paper summarizes Zhuhai urban design process since the founding of special zone, reviews the transition of design system from rigid control to institutionalized promotion of livable projects. On the implementation path, Zhuhai has built the fame system of technology, control, and profession.
