大口径管道中频加热设备

摘要

针对大口径长输管道热收缩带补口施工中人工火焰加热造成的管体加热不均匀、保温时间短等缺陷,设计了一套基于P LC控制的中频加热设备. 该设备能够实现管道加热过程程控化,保证管体加热的均匀性. 试验证明:基于P LC 控制的中频加热设备能够提高热缩带补口质量和施工效率,延长管道的有效使用期限,保障长输管道防腐质量.%For large diameter pipeline heat shrinkable tape construction pipe body heating caused by artificial flame in the non-uniform heating, heat preservation time is short and so on many defects, a PLC-based control frequency heating equipment was designed . The device enables the heating process to achieve programmable pipeline, ensuring uniformity of heating pipe. Tests indicate that the PLC-based control frequency heating equipment can improve the thermal zone mending quality and con-struction efficiency, extend the effective life of the pipeline, thus protecting the quality of long-distance pipeline corrosion.
